For up to 2500 sq. feet, add $100 for every extra 1,000 sq. feet. This detailed consultation is for the Do-It-Yourselfers out there who just need a little direction. In about 5 days, you will have a Custom Staging/ Redesign Plan, suggested Shopping List for further investment pieces, and recommended home repairs to get the most for your sale within your budget.

Occupied Home
For occupied homes that need a little fixx, this package includes up to 5 hours staging the main living areas of the home to get you ready for the MLS photos. We will bring in soft props to use in the photos, help you organize/ declutter and give you a list of items to recreate the look for the Open House.

Personalized Attention For All Your Design Needs
For the last minute staging job before the photographer arrives for your occupied home MLS photos, we will work only with the items that you already have to make your house shine! Tailor Made Services By an Industry Professional
Using your home furnishing that you already have and love, and adding some new purchases, we update a space and give it that feel your looking for! The $50 consultation fee can be put toward your job if you choose us. We can suggest new paint colors, furniture arrangements, and accessories to make a space feel new and fresh. Prices will vary.

Interior Design Done Right
With this support service we offer organization, paint touch ups, limited redesign and limited packing. We team up with the listing agent to support them as well as the seller. At Fixx Design and Staging, I work with realtors throughout the whole process, and make sure to bring their vision to life to help the house sell fast.
